Not emergency care
This is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, located in a state where our providers are licensed, and able to provide accurate health information. Providing false information may result in denial of care.
Telehealth consent
By submitting a questionnaire you consent to receive care through telehealth, understand that a provider may decline to prescribe, and agree that in-person care may be recommended when telehealth is not appropriate.
Prescriptions and pharmacies
Prescriptions are issued solely at the professional judgment of a licensed provider. Medications are dispensed by independent licensed pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Results vary and no outcome is guaranteed.
Payment
Plan pricing is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by a third-party processor. Medication that has shipped cannot be returned under pharmacy law.
